What payment methods do you accept for music lessons?

Society Virtuoso accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer / ACH, PayPal, Cash App, and cash or check for in-person lessons. There are no hidden fees or enrollment charges. Monthly auto-billing is available for package enrollments, and split payment options are available for the Premium Package.

Do you offer payment plans for lesson packages?

Yes. Single lessons are pay-as-you-go. Monthly and Premium packages can be paid in full or set up with monthly auto-billing. The Premium Package (8 lessons) also supports split payment over two installments. There are no enrollment fees or hidden charges on any plan.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a lesson without penalty. Package holders receive one free reschedule per month. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) forfeit the lesson credit. Unused lessons expire 90 days after purchase. To reschedule, contact your instructor directly or email alex@societyvirtuoso.com.

What is the refund policy for music lesson packages?

Society Virtuoso offers a full refund if you are not satisfied after your very first lesson. For ongoing packages, pro-rated refunds are issued for all unused lessons. Packages can also be paused for up to 30 days for medical or travel reasons, and unused lesson credits can be transferred to any family member at any time.

Can I transfer my lesson credits to a family member?
